"I've been waiting for them to call me after my referral was sent to them over a week ago. Tried several times to contact them and only get recording and they never call back. When someone is told they need to go to oncologist stress level is high enough with this diagnosis. Just cruel."

"This is my first visit at MR Cancer Center since it changed to Tennessee Oncology. My appt. was at 10 am, I was greeted nicely and signed in. They called me in quickly and took my blood for testing, I sat back down in waiting area and quickly was called back to see the ( first was a visit with nurse to update info) NP as my Dr. was on vacation. This quick and organized appointment was a pleasant surprise in the chaos in the past with the nurses before as you were ushered to here and there before you were sat waiting for your Dr. in a room. Many times you could not get a nurse to call you back, I did not get my test results explained. My NP today was friendly and interested and immediately called individuals to get information for my chart. It was a very nice change for me. I am optimistic with my future appointments at the new Tennessee Oncology at the Maury Regional Cancer Center. I still get to see my Dr. that I was seeing throughout my cancer treatment. Five Stars TO !"

"It’s not the same. Front desk staff are rude. You stand and wait for them to complete their personal conversations and then they get to you. This has happened more than once. My significant other was there today for a 2:15 pm appointment and they FINALLY remembered he was there at 3:15pm. This is so unacceptable! These people are sick and don’t need or deserve this kind of hassle"

"Dr Jameson retired last year so I was assigned a new doctor. Dr johnpulle. On my first visit to meet her. I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I was not impressed. The whole office has changed along with the name. Very corporate. NOT IMPRESSED. Very disappointed."

"I have been getting treatment here for the past couple of years. Everyone during that time has been great. Very kind and caring. But now that it has changed to TN Oncology things feel different. I'm glad I got to keep my doctor. That's great. But I am really stressed out about the fact that all my familiar nurses and techs seem to be gone. I walked in these last 2 visits and didn't recognize a single person. A big part of healing is knowing and trusting those who care for you. Not only is everyone different but also everything feels cold and clinical now. No one is very friendly at all. The changes have not been for the better. I really miss the way things were and all the wonderful nurses and techs who were so good to me."
