"As someone who hardly ever takes the time to write a review, I absolutely MUST after my experience today. My husband was shopping for work clothes for his new job, so we visited 5.11 this afternoon for some help. Nearly 3 hours later, he’d tried on every single boot he’d been looking at online. John went out of his way to answer questions and provide helpful personal experience. As it turned out, the particular boots and pants he’d decided on were not in stock, so our final purchase today was minuscule compared to what we expected to walk out with. However, it must be said that John’s guidance was integral to my husband making the right choices for his day-to-day gear and we’re so grateful John was in the store today to help us."

Ask him a couple of questions and he was able to help me find the shoes I was looking for. The other employee who rang me up at the register was also very friendly.
