"Spectacular patient service. First, it's important to know I HATE the dentist, I'm terrified of them. I have an insurance plan which mistakenly assigned me to Wisdom 4 Dental even though they don't take my insurance. After some back and forth the front office person offered to help me because I was in pain. They saw me in office for no charge because MY insurance plan was messing me over. I can't wait until I can change my insurance and come back here. They were kind, patient, helpful, and so, so calming. I was anxious sitting in the chair and their staff made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me several times."

"I've been seeing Dr Valladares for a few years now. I met him through my elderly father who raved about him. I was not disappointed. He made a beautiful denture for me and I trust them there even though I have dental anxiety. I recently needed a dentist again and they quickly fixed me up with the best possible treatment plan for the situation, never pushing me past my comfort level. Prices are reasonable and facility is very hygienic. I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends."

"I canceled my appointment last minute (same day) and was offered a rescheduled appointment within five weeks. This happened AFTER I was told it was several months waiting for an appointment just a few days earlier. I canceled my wife's appointment two days early and was offered an appointment five months out. I told the receptionist i wanted to reschedule BOTH our appointments to a sooner appointment. The receptionist refused because "I already had an appointment scheduled." To recap: White last name canceled the appointment the same day two days after my wife's appointment, and magically there was a bunch of appointments available 5 WEEKS out not 5 MONTHS. The clear difference is our last names. This is clear racism. I am so disappointed to see this happening in Sonoma County. We deserve better than this. Business owner, Plese contact me if you would like to do the right thing and confront your employee about this."
