"Ordered a calzone online with peppers, mushroom, and Canadian bacon. When I got it the top crust wasn't scored so it was pretty much completely closed. About 1/4-1/3 into it I realized it was actually sausage, pepperoni, and ham. Called to explain this wasn't what I ordered but they wanted the full calzone back to replace it. I explained I didn't immediately realize and they weren't really willing to work with me. I was offering to bring my receipt after work with what was left or pictures of the inner ingredients. Apparently they don't do full replacements when they make mistakes, they're only willing to give you a discount. They have another location on McBean & Newhall Ranch, and this location has honored wrong orders with full replacement, even on a different day if needed (we went back a week later and they still honored it). The food here is good, don't get me wrong, but I'm not a fan of somewhere messing up your order and not making it right. Food is good. Customer service needs work, especially when it's their mistake."

"WOW!!! I was so impressed by the taste and quality of this pizza. The toppings were fresh and it smelled so good while I was picking it up. The wings were tasty and had lots of meat and not too messy. I'm from out of town and I'm so glad I chose this place for dinner."
