"Good store with a decent selection. I've never had a bad experience here but I do see some room for improvement with a couple of things. The staff is friendly and nice but could be a little more attentive. Anything I buy from there has always worked. I just wish they weren't so dirty. Not saying that stuff is broken or scratched, just dusty or covered in some type of gunk that could of been easily removed with a duster or rag. But that could just be a me thing. I still recommend this store though."

"I’ve been to this store twice in the last couple of weeks. Different staff each time. At no point could I get anyone to help me with anything. They just talked among themselves or on their cellphones. Walked out and wound up spending over $200 with your competitors. Nerdvana and Game Stop both greeted me when I came in and helped me find what I needed. Funny enough, both asked if I’d checked at Game Exchange for something they didn’t have that I finally just ordered online. Why is zero stars not an option here?"

"Had a great selection and super nice and helpful employees. I was looking for a specific pokemon card and they helped me look for around 10 minutes searching for it all for a $0.66 cent sale. Couldn't ask for more than that."
