"I was a patient of Alliance Dental for 22 years. I was very happy with the quality of care and had formed many friendships with the staff. When Dr. Lane became my Dentist all that changed. I’ve lost 5 fillings of his and 2 of my teeth since leaving there. They sent me home with gaping holes in my teeth which all broke off waiting to be fixed. When I called to complain I was told not to come back there and that he was a fine dentist. I had to go to a reunion with a broken front tooth. They said it’s because they have too many patients. They just dumped me and didn’t even care. Thankfully I have a better Dentist now. I have to go to UCSF to fix the damage he caused me."
