"I am giving him one star because a ZERO is not an option. Dr Nguyen is the most unprofessional doctor I dealt with while going through cancer treatment. He has no compassion, empathy or bedside manner the entire time I saw him. I asked for something for relief from the pain I had with going through treatment for throat cancer he told me to go home and take an aspirin. He finally gave me a prescription after talking to the director of the facility of a liquid tylenol codein that burnt my throat-this hurt me more than it helped. I had another radiologist tell me about magic mouthwash that helped me get through the pain of my ordeal. Why did Dr Nguyen not offer me any kind of relief when I had the worst kind of cancer in my throat. I cannot believe that I am the only patient he has treated so poorly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR Nguyen and I think he should be investigated."

"Extremely professional, very informative, honest, to the point, doesn’t best around the bush ....tells you exactly what it is.....reads his patients well, explains your options and takes all your factors into consideration. He consults with other doctors on a weekly basis and even goes outside the group to consult other oncologist. So it’s just not him and what he thinks you got a group of doctors putting their best knowledge together to give you the best treatment possible. He can look in your eyes and redo and tail if you’re not ready for your next chemo treatment. He has an excellent staff that works for him that always has your best interest in mind. Keep in mind you may not like what he is telling you, but he stating the facts. I would highly recommend anyone visiting an oncologist for the first time, to take someone with them that can take notes. Because you will mentally shut down as soon as he starts talking. You think you will not but you DO."
