"We have been doing business with Central States Blue Bird dealership for many years. We recently purchased a new bus in 2019 and we have 2 used buses. I would highly recommend the Lebanon location as their service department goes above and beyond to help and keep our buses on the road. Joel is great!! His attentiveness and timely response on repairs along with his drive and determination to complete a job in a timely manner is one aspect that makes their service department unbeatable. Tommy is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on parts and material. If I ever has a question about parts or anything that needs updated or replaced, he is my go to person. Chuck, Office Manager, has gone above to provide excellent service. He has provided many rides back to the cannon county area when I have taken the buses for maintenance and not had a ride home. He is always available to assist in any problems and has hand delivered parts and supplies for my bus right to my door. I am very loyal blue bird and choose them over the competition buses. I think the driving, turning and overall comfort of the bus exceeds all others. I want to say thank you for being a great facility, friendly, helpful and above all understanding the need for the buses to be on the rode providing pupil transportation. "There service department was great. If I have a problem. They get right on it. Joel always get back to me when I call. Is always trying to get you back out on the road. As soon as possible. I love my blue bird bus. Chuck and everyone is always aiming to please. Driving a Blue Bird is a like driving a Cadillac instead of a Volkswagen. You won’t be disappointed when you purchase. From the bus to the service department."

"Oak Hill School purchased 3 Gasoline Vision buses in 2017. Tommy and Stephen have always had parts ordered and ready for us relatively fast. Joel in the service department has always worked around our route schedule and been able to perform oil changes and routine service without disrupting our bus routes or causing the school to use our spare bus. The work has always been excellent and if we have had an issue the problem has been corrected immediately! We usually try and schedule routine maintenance 2 times per school year. Joel has made a few special accommodations and got us in early so we haven't had to leave buses over a holiday or a break. We appreciate him going the extra mile to help us out! Intimes where we have been in a pinch a service mechanic has come to the school and correct recalls for us in order to keep our buses on the road! This is a huge plus for us!"
