"Been here the last couple times I've needed a smog check. The guy was super friendly and made sure to thoroughly explain the cost of everything. They also include a basic car wash with the service, which is definitely a plus! Didn't take long and the seating is semi-outdoors and spaced, so perfect for social distancing!"
"I took my car to have a smog check. The guy who was operating the shop was busy with one car ahead of me.. I asked how long it would take he stated about 40 minutes to complete the smog check. I stated that I would go get a bit to eat and come back... He said perfect.. t return and another car was waiting also... I thought no big deal... when the guy was finish with the original car. He walked two the other car that was waiting and told him to pull in.. He never walked over to me and gave an explanation as to why I wasn't next.. Customer service is what business is all about.. It would have taken ten seconds to explain the situation.. I will never go back to this service center and hope you won't spend your dollars here either.."
