"I was the driver in a car that was severely hit from behind and ended up as a total being the driver side the one destroyed, hitting multiple trees when the vehicle was sent off the road and ended sideways. After ER and doctor’s follow up I was referred for physical therapy at Advanced Physical Therapy, I have been under treatment for over two months now due to the injuries as I continue to recover. I am extremely thankful to the staff at APT, not only for their patience with me, but for how much they care about my recovery. I am given clear instructions on each exercise, I am asked before we start each session , of how my arm movements are improving, my pain level and I am asked if there are any different feelings or impediments to my affected arm. Not only they are good at what they do, they are nice, kind and flexible to work with my schedule and transportation issues. I would definitely recommend APT to anyone who is in need of treatment. "As a potential patient, the front desk refused to give me the physical therapists' names. I wanted to research the therapists' educational qualifications, experience levels, etc. There needs to be more transparency. Replying to the owner - this isn't what happened. The person told me I needed to schedule an appointment first and would learn who the PT was when I came to the center. Besides, I want to know all the therapists who work here, not just one, so I can research and make an informed choice about which therapist I want to see. I could then book an appointment for the day/time my chosen therapist was available. I want to understand why there is such resistance to giving me complete information to make an informed choice. Something like "Here are the six therapists who work here. Who you will see depends on your chosen date/time" - is sufficient. This is the need for more transparency I alluded to before."

And the have nice pool and all the people work here they all good and they will help u with everything you want to make sure u got back to normal"
