"I thought this place would be great after some research and I was stood up for a consult and then denied for another (I can’t really blame the denial because if a physician can’t see a new member, it is what it is). Really poor communication it feels and as someone who is struggling and trying to find mental health help, it just very discouraging, especially being forgotten and ghosted."
