"Awesome school! I took the EKG course with Ms Tasha and she was the absolute best! she made class interesting and broke it down to the T! Class was 6 weeks so I will say if you can’t study on your own, maybe you should look into a longer course. For me, SuperiorCare Medical Academy was the right choice!"

"Jerlene Hunter, a disgruntled, former SuperiorCare Medical Academy (Medical Assistant & CNA) Instructor, contacted myself, (and several other students) requesting that we lie & post fake, negative reviews, bashing SuperiorCare, it’s owner, their curriculum & other instructors & staff members. Not only did I REFUSE to aide her in discrediting & defaming a reputable business, I am here to set the record straight. I have received TWO certifications from SuperiorCare Medical Academy & to say the very least, BOTH experiences were magnificent. With my two certifications I have been able to secure dual employment & I am highly considering returning for a 3rd certification. The building was immaculately kept & the instructors were knowledgeable, well prepared & patient. Students were provided with a plethora of supplies & if needed, offered an endless amount of additional instructional assistance. The #FakeReview(s), are easy to spot because they ridicule the school & classes, but highly praise Mrs. Hunter. Honestly, how can you dislike Mrs. Hunter’s class, but inadvertently claim to like Mrs. Hunter? Aren’t Mrs. Hunter & her class one in the same? So, if you happen to stumble across a negative review please disregard & reflect on this real & honest review. Or better yet….Give SuperiorCare a try & post your own review."

"I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone... Lack of communication and certain staffs are money hungry.. When it was time for payments to be due they didn't lack communication then. We didn't have the equipments we needed for hands on assignments. The Medical Assistant Instructor ( Mrs Hunter) did a awesome job on lecturing us. I had a great time learning from her but overall that was the only good experience from this school. Don't waste your money.. You will be rushed and taught nothing from the other staffs"

"Overall my experience here was terrible. Ms. Hunter was the absolute best part of the school. She was the BEST instructor anyone could ask for. She pushes you to do your best, makes sure you learn and know your stuff. 10/10 would recommend her as an instructor. This place was VERY disorganized with very poor communication. From the beginning of the program, we had nothing but issues which were met with solutions without much effort. The staff (excluding Ms. Hunter) doesn't take accountability for their mistakes. There are people who aren't qualified to be teaching, well in their case "teaching" and leading lectures. The classes we had that weren't led by Ms. Hunter were very poor quality, rushed and I didn't learn anything. I felt as if money was more of a priority here for some of the staff over the quality of our education. We weren't provided with all of the tools needed to get the most of our experience, even after spending $2500 for the program. That $2500 for me came out of pocket, and I felt as if my time and my money was wasted. My class was treated unfairly, especially after I spoke up on behalf of the class on how we didn't like the way things were going for us. I most definitely feel like retaliation was put into play for the remainder of our time there. Even when it came to our graduation, it was rescheduled 3 times, with us finding out at the very last minute each time that we could no longer have our graduation. On one of those days we were supposed to graduate, we were told we couldn't have it, but Tasha let the students she "taught" (and I use the word taught VERY loosely) in a different program graduate whenever we were supposed to have had our graduation. This place definitely prioritizes the money over anything else. If it wasn't for Ms. Hunter and her passion for her students and what she does, I would not have felt prepared for my clinicals, for testing and to step into a career as a Medical Assistant. Don't waste your money here, it's not worth the bs that comes along with it."

"This is my second certification I am obtaining from Superior Care Medical Academy I received my Phlebotomy Certification and returned the following year for my Medical Assistant Certification. Ms Hunter is the most awesome teacher. She is very detailed and thorough. She makes sure to break down what you are learning every class and makes sure that you understand. In a world with advanced technology she makes sure that you can do the hands on work manually as well. She will put in extra time with you if you need it, she is the absolute best. I can say that I really feel prepared for the world of working as a medical assistant. I am so very glad that I decided to further my education."
