"Eric Cassius….I would not allow him to counsel my goldfish. This person is confused, is totally unorganized, afraid to speak up, has no position on anything. He can be lead around by an ant. This guy needs to retire and sell burgers at McDonald’s. A sorry POS. DO NOT HIRE THIS LOSER. He charges an arm and a leg and does absolutely nothing but go with the flow. What a loser. A spineless, useless, pitiful shell of a man. He will bill you in advance and not produce. I am embarrassed for him."

"I was looking forward to starting up sessions though the secretary that I spoke with (October 15th) was very rude on the phone. Instead of being compassionate and caring, like I’d expect with a therapy office, she thought it’d be nice to be very sarcastic and snippy with everything I had to say. I called her out on it and she said “oh, well it’s probably just because it’s the morning.” So she knew she was being rude. Totally turned me off from being a patient here simply because I don’t want to have to deal with her each time I come to one of my sessions. A friendlier, warmer person as the face of the office here would be better for people that are seeking out help. Totally threw me off and blindsided me. I don’t understand why someone would choose to work in a therapist’s office when they don’t like people."
