"So....... my husband took both covid shots at Terry's pharmacy during the months of march and April of 2021 fast forward to January of 2022 pharmacy in Indiana calls to verify they tell them they only have record of only 1 shot soooo how safe and reliable is thus pharmacy to use??? "Omg, gross pharmacist was chewing on his nails or cuticles!! Ew a doctor!! While working and talking on the phone! Didn't wash his hands either! This is the man handling your prescriptions! I had been waiting to talk to him but I was so grossed out at the thought he might touch my bag or bottle. They are the only place in town that makes compounds, but next time I'll go to Knoxville!"

"Gas station next door didn't have a working restroom for my 3 year old daughter, we had been driving in the detour traffic and she was doing such a great time 'holding it'.....went in and asked to use the restroom and was told 'we don't have a restroom.' Really? Where do the 6 people that work there use the restroom? And the patients waiting for prescriptions? Out back in the grass? For 1 three year old you could have let us use the restroom. Will not ever be using your pharmacy. Thank you very much!"
