"Do not fall for the artificially boosted ratings. This is the worst pharmacy ive ever had to deal with. The techs are friendly and awesome and try their very best to help you. But that is all for naught. Despite being alerted by the text message service that your prescriptions are ready they are not ready. They stay constantly behind on their fills. I have never been jerked around this much in my life. Beware. Hope your experience is much better."

"I would like to take a moment to share with you a particular experience I had and my Publix at New Salem Road and Saint Andrews Drive. I have been searching for a particular coffee creamer that is my wife's favorite. Trust me when your wife of 23 years has a favorite coffee creamer and that's all it takes to make her happy then you will go to the ends of the Earth to find it. So I asked the manager Lisa and the customer service representative Danyelle if they could find it for me. I was told after a search that it was not on there stock list and they were not sure if they could get it in but they would try. So after about a week I went back to check with Danyelle and she told me that a special order has been issued for my items. Then I found out that even with a special order it was questionable whether or not it was going to be available. But lo and behold Lisa the store manager made magic happen and now I'm able to have my wife's absolute all-time favorite coffee creamer as much as I want. Now understand that I've gone to other Supermarket chains and was not successful with customer service or a store manager. It was only Lisa and Danyelle at my Publix on New Salem Road that was able to make this happened for me. So I would like to give 5 stars to Lisa and Danyelle for being so diligent and assertive in being so successful. And now all is aligned with the universe and I am a happy camper."
