"I have Julie as my hair stylist and she is the greatest! I always get the best haircuts from Julie! I always love the friendly conversations that I have with Julie and I always love to make her laugh with my clean comedy humor! The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is on my most recent visit was the music choice that was playing and I had to listen to it for the full 45 minutes that I was there! The music choice selection was not to my liking at all! This is my opinion and it is only a suggestion and not a complaint!"

"Made an appointment online, which they never got. When I arrived, they did try and accommodate my son anyway. They never apologized and gave us a salty and rude barber who gave my son a bad haircut that wasn’t what he asked for. When the text came in to rate the experience. I said it was cut too short, more dialog is needed with your clients. The male barber responded that he did what was asked, and to not come back. If you can’t take the feedback, dont ask for it. I see they never fixed the online booking options so they will not get your appointment if you book it online."
