"If you like waiting an hour just to get a simple haircut, you are welcome here. The people cutting hair just stand around and talk. Most of the time like I get it if you are talking to the customer but when you are just talking to your neighbor Barber, stopping for minutes to look at your phone and show Instagram post to each other.
