Walmart Pharmacy 2811 Creek Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72401

"I used this pharmacy and it is a typical Walmart pharmacy. If it is busy you may be waiting before you are helped. Although they have never been rude, they aren't exactly welcoming at least in my experiences. They do have a drive-thru and the option to have your orders brought to your car at assigned parking spots. It's not bad but could be better."

"Terrible Service and very slow!! I pulled in to the pharmacy at 6:35pm, after working all day, and wanted to pickup my meds that i have been out of for two days. There were 4 cars in the drive-thru and the line was taking forever! When I finally got to the drive thru, it was 7:02 and the pharmacists just Closed their Security door in my face, I knocked and called and they just ignored me. They served the person in front of me at 7:00pm and then decided that they didn't want to serve the last two of us in line. This is terrible customer service and whoever manages their pharmacy needs to be reprimanded for refusing someone their medication when they were in line to pickup almost 30 minutes before they close!! This is absolutely unreasonable."

"I love going to this pharmacy, because of the employees there. The technicians are so helpful. Morgan, Tracey and April go above and beyond normal when non-standard situations come up. They are hard working people who always have a smile and a greeting for me. They treat people like customers should be treated and do not consider them interruptions in their workday. The pharmacists are the ultimate professionals. They make this place feel like the old time family owned pharmacy."
