"I called ahead, confirmed my insurance coverage, and made an appointment. I arrived to my appointment time and waited 1 hour. They then called me back up to the front desk and said they needed to confirm my insurance. I had already been sitting there for an entire hour. I said that I confirmed on the phone when I made an appointment and saw online that they were in network, so I wasn't worried about being denied benefits by my insurance. They said they wanted to call anyway. It was a Saturday, so the insurance's customer service was closed. They said they couldn't see me, so I left. During the hour I was there, not a single person was called from the waiting room. People were literally falling asleep around me from waiting so long."

"Their hours for ortho are actually Tuesday and Friday ONLY until 5. Their availability for appointments is months out. When you call, you’ll get sent to a call center and won’t be able to actually speak to anyone at their office. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else."
"Worst hours available anywhere. They are always changing the availability and times. They do not answer the phone, you get rerouted to customer service and they can't even get through. They keep sending you to their phone line and gets rerouted again. Just unbelievable the worst service in town."
