"UDream Dental is an absolute fraud. The experience was dreadful. One of their dentists fitted me with a Bruxzir crown. It failed two hours later. When I returned to get it treated, the new dentist informed me that the dentist who had worked on my mouth was no longer with their practice. He said he had no idea what they did and refused to work on me. It turns out he quit shortly after, too. The management office approved a $1200 refund. Please see the attachment. This was TWO YEARS AGO. I've sent several emails and left numerous voice messages. They not only signed a fraudulent reimbursement document, but they also lied to me on the phone about mailing me a check. If you have had a terrible experience with these scammers, I strongly advise you to report them to the Dental Board of California."

"So glad decided not to get my teeth done with this company, terrible experience and when we arrive the office, they check my insurance and states the oral evaluation in 100% cover and one month later I receive a bill. With the radio graphic images, they cut my mouth and bleeding and later they charge for money lol, they asked me if I have ever use the insurance, that’s the first dental check I have done in last 10 years"

"First time went well. Solid, nice dentist. Second time, new dentist was insanely heavy handed and painful, and generally short with me and rude. I then scheduled an appt at the Northridge location to avoid the second guy. It was scheduled months in advance and I traveled a bit to get there. The doors were locked and it said it was open online. Nobody contacted me to confirm or reschedule before or after I left a voicemail. Obviously a very disorganized and inconsistent company."

"Staff is all very friendly and professional. The appointment was at 9am. Came around 8:55am, the office wasn't open. Somebody came right at 9am. I called specifically to get a 6 month checkup and cleaning. After x-rays the doctor gave a decent evaluation. Said my teeth look beautiful, although there is one thing that requires a specialist evaluation. I'm wary of it because I don't know how much that's going to cost. After the evaluation, the admin came in to talk about what procedure I will be given regarding cleaning and cost. She talked about one procedure that is not covered by the insurance so I refused. Then another person came in saying that the doctor needs to check for deep cleaning. I told them I'm not going to get deep cleaning even if they recommend it. I mean the doctor checked my teeth right before and told me my condition is good. Plus my previous dentist stated that this procedure is not to take lightly and it requires multiple checkups afterward. I told them I had a meeting in 30 mins so I needed to finish soon. We skipped the second check-up and came the procedure. I specifically asked for a cleaning, but they only polished and gave antibacterial wash for the gums. I will say the polishing procedure was thorough. Overall everyone was nice, but I didn't appreciate how money hungry and desperate they looked to get me to do different procedures and spend more than I needed. I also didn't appreciate that I didn't get the cleaning I requested. I checked my insurance claims and even though they didn't do an official cleaning, they filed for that service. This whole experience took about 1hr and 20mins. If I waited around for the deep cleaning check-up, it probably could have gone 2+ hours. My previous dental office (located out of state) always had me in and out for these routine checkups with actual cleaning, polishing, and fluoride in 30-45 minutes because they were efficient and honest."

"Everyone was soo great here, extremely friendly and fun environment! They were about to close but still did my whitening and I am soo thankful of this! I am here traveling and it would have been soo inconvenient not to get everything done. All of the workers were professional, fun and relatable. This makes things easier and the time can pass quicker with such good spirits. Thanks again for making my smile brighter!"
