"The worst haircut my kids have gotten. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I went in and both my girls got a haircut. Nothing too complicated just a shorter haircut. When we were done i noticed their hair was very uneven. I took a closer look and both their hair was very off. Some strands not even cut. I called the next day to let them know and they said I could go in anytime to get it fixed. I went in and they said there was a 1 hour limit on the wait list. Then they said I needed to wait 30 minutes.I waited 1 hour and still was not helped. I felt like they made me wait on purpose and they didn't want to fix my daughters hair. I ended up getting a refund but no one ever apologized for what happened. I tried to stay calm and be as nice as possible but I didn't get that in return. I will never be going back. Wish i could post pictures of how bad the haircut was so people could see. It looked like a kindergartner did it."
