"No service whatsoever, EVER! Wasn’t even greeted nor acknowledged once I walked in. I sat there for at least 40 minutes while other people just walked in and got service right away. If it’s only by appointment, at least mention that to the walk-in customers. Very unprofessional."

"Business hours depend on their willingness to work. Bad service. I was told they were closed 2 hours before they did. Last hair cut I was there a hairdressers boyfriend who doesn’t even work there had the audacity to talk about how much hair they were cutting off me. Will never come back."
