"Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Jimmycutz Hair Studio I've been a loyal customer at Jimmycutz Hair Studio in Perris, California for a couple of years, along with my two sons. While the haircuts by Barber A were excellent, the customer service experience left much to be desired. My usual barber, Barber C, was MIA again, and attempts to reach him via text and Instagram were unsuccessful. Opting for a walk-in, I arrived at the shop around 8:39 AM, only to be informed that the earliest walk-in slot was at 12, following my boys' appointments with Barber A. Acknowledging that I was 10 minutes late, Barber A claimed I lost my spot because I wasn't physically in the building. Understanding the rule, I suggested he cut my boys first and then give one of them my spot since I had three reserved. Although he agreed, he only managed to cut one before taking a break for his own haircut from Barber D. Frustration peaked when my second appointment, scheduled for 12:30, was delayed until 12:45 due to Barber A's own haircut. The tardiness rule seemed inconsistent. When Barber F was finally available, he seemed uninterested and occupied with his phone after finishing a cut. Even after the owner intervened and promised that Barber F would take care of me, the service remained lackluster. When Barber F finished his cut, he sat idly by, and Barber A seemed oblivious to my still unattended status. Fed up, I decided to abandon the haircut and voiced my dissatisfaction. While the quality of the haircuts was commendable, the overall customer service left a bitter taste. The atmosphere felt exclusive, and it seemed like only those in the inner circle received prompt attention. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider continuing as a customer at Jimmycutz Hair Studio. There are plenty of barbershops in town, and I may explore other options in the future."
