"Upon getting to the shop at exactly 8:58 I saw two employees that I recognized heading towards the shop (I am a frequent patron) and so I decide to wait and hold the door open for them. This person was named Justine and I really regret waiting for her because she was exceptionally rude. She was with someone else whose chair is to the right of Justines but she didn't speak at all. They see me about to pull the door open and their only response is "we don't open until 9" and low and behold THE DOOR IS UNLOCKED and I pulled it open and they walk inside and instead of saying thank you they say "this should be locked" and they turn around and lock the door. Mind you, ITS 50 DEGREES OUTSIDE, I CAN SEE MY BREATH, I HAVE TWO JACKETS ON BECAUSE ITS SO COLD AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT IN TWO MINUTES. They didn't even ask they just shut the door and locked me out and not even a minute later someone came an unlocked the door to let me in. This experience made me almost cancel my appointment because it put a disgusting taste in my mouth but I was already there and thank God Justine wasn't the person to cut my hair. I was blessed with Jesse and she was fantastic! Completely changed the atmosphere and my experience as a whole so not everyone needs training only a few bad apples. It also makes sense that Jesses chair is in the front of house while Justines is towards thre back. I will more than likely request I never get Justine when i go to floyds or ill probably stop going all together because paying 40 dollars for this type of service is an absolutely ridiculous overcharge. The entire cut Justine kept looking over at me guilty because she knew she shouldnt have handled the interaction the way she did. Never been to a barbershop that forces their clients to wait in 50 degree weather instead of letting them wait inside in the provided chairs. The only reason I'm not giving you one star is I feel back Justine horrible customer service is pulling Jesses great haircutting abilities down."
