"The lady by the window who I assume is the owner Is really rude. I can’t stand people who think they can work in Los Angeles and talk to people how ever they want . Poor costumer service and very disrespectful towards people who are not her clients . You make an appointment and she double books or always has someone sitting down the time you are supposed to be there. She’s a stubborn women with no class and should not be working in a public business."

"It is a place that you get what you pay for. I cannot speak for all the barbers, but the one I had (lady to the left) was not friendly at all. She also was very aggressive with my son's head. I believe that it is necessary to have patience with a child. If you cannot handle that don't work on them. I will never return. Very run down shop."
