"Price is too high. My last visit was almost a rip off. My last visit he barely spent 5 mins on cutting my hair because he had other customers waiting. Another day I called him on a holiday, he said he would be there in 20 mins. Came back to his shop and he wasn’t there, called and gave me another time, I said no thanks. No idea how this guy is still in business"

"I haven’t been to the barber since 2012. I would cut my own hair for the longest time. I was thinking of going to a barber again but then the pandemic hit and everything shut down. Now that things are slightly better and places are opening up again I figured I’d try to get my hair cut by a barber. I’ll be honest...I was really hesitant because we’re still in a pandemic, but I’m happy to say I think I found my new regular barber! Hugo’s Barbershop is awesome! I showed up without an appointment but no one was there so my walk in was welcomed. The barber had me sign in (which I’m assuming is for COVID safety/tracking purposes in case someone tests positive so he can make other customers who were there know and get tested), he had me wash my hands, and then he took my temperature. He had on a mask which is great! All these steps to be safe really put me at easy because I was really nervous to get my hair cut. I was worried the barber wouldn’t have a mask because I’ve been to some where the barber doesn’t wear a mask and needless to say I walked right out of those places immediately. I kept my mask on the whole time. He would slightly take the ear loops off when cutting around my ear and then put it back on my ear. He was very professional and did an excellent job! Better than other barbers who charged way more for a cut. It was a really great experience and I am so happy I found this barbershop! I will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you so much for my hair cut! Keep up the good work!"
