"Worst customer service and no type of consultation. Been going there for a while. Though there are a few good people here who cut hair. Unfortunately work under horrible management. Had a haircut from some inexperienced barber with an unusual forearm tattoo who pretended to know what he was doing. The guy didn’t even cut my hair properly or trim my beard right. One side had more hair than other. Karen refused to fix my hair or give me a refund. From my time going there. Karen is always talking poorly of the people who come in and out to feed her low self-esteem. Once she kicked two homeless people out who kindly asked for a cut and had money on hand. Then called them crazy. I can’t support a business run by someone unprofessional and that treats the less fortunate that way."

"I went in on may 1st!! Originally to get a split hair dye the half and half.. but the stylist convinced me to do one color so I picked a purple the stylist said lasts the long.. as of now may 20th my hair has faded off to 2 different shades of blues the front roots are white and green… first the front roots turned white around may 5th and today I realized that it’s turned green as well."

"The lady with the short hair cut my hair a bit to short. If you have curly hair DONT GO TO HER. She just talked about how ugly my hair is, how I dont know how to take care of my OWN hair and that I need to brush cause it doesn't seem like I do. Truth is she doesn't know ANYTHING AT ALL about curly hair and I had to be extremely specific on how I wanted my haircut to be. Worst customer service ever!"
