"If you have a parent that doesn’t speak English as their first language , don’t bring them here. My mother had an appointment yesterday (new patient) transportation brought her on time and when it was time to be seen. They didn’t . Instead they let her sit in the waiting room for 2 HOURS before anyone could acknowledge her, I called them today to see what was the reason on why she was unable to be seen or the reason why no one was able to translate what was going on they couldn’t give me a specific answer, and all they kept saying was “we were trying to explain to her” (in English) I even spoke to their doctor that was supposed to see my mother. FYI , Dr Gao is extremely rude, I’ve been doing customer service for the past 25 years and I’ve never dealt with a doctor talking crazy to me with Zero cares in the world .! My mother is in the wheelchair and has a hard time standing up , He refused to take her x-rays because he didn’t want to bring the other machine out for her that would’ve been more helpful for a person in a wheelchair. What kind of business is this? He even hung up on me after my concerns with my mother. The front desk was no help at all when I called them today they kept telling me she didn’t speak English and they wouldn’t even let me get a word in, they were so defensive . I asked both Front desk and doctor could they possibly have gotten Google translator at work because I know that would’ve helped with the Spanish translation . They said (nothing)"

"It was the worst experience I've ever had. doctor Gao will charge you a fee first, he will let you buy his own dental membership, and then give you a higher price than the insurance. Secondly, I experienced tooth extraction filling and tooth cleaning here. The same tooth of mine had a plug and filling material falling out in the first week after the filling. It was repaired for three times back and forth, but my tooth was not filled well either, and I also experienced additional chewing pain for that teeth. Instead of communicating with me to solve the problem, the doctor became angry and cancelled my next appointment. Secondly, this doctor is just like what other customers said. He charges a high price for profit. Many Chinese customers are easily deceived by his so-called experience and academic background at the beginning. Look before you leap."
