"Lunchtime on a Wednesday…Chicken Burrito Bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, roasted corn, tomato salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Medium Salsa. I like the build your own concept. It could have had more chicken. And, it would have been better if certain items were hot, like the rice and chicken. I felt like I was eating a cold chicken salad instead of a burrito bowl."

"I love chipotle but this location is severely understaffed. One incredible employee is doing all of the work. He’s prepping all the food and running the register- doing the work for three people. But please management - staff this location."

"3rd time here this week and for the 3rd time Over fried chips… I had 2 pieces of chip that was not over fried in my bag when I asked the staff about it, the only answer was “ well they are all like that” gave me a new bag and yea he was right, all of the bags were over fried. Someone clearly doesn’t know how to simply fry chips Generally don’t like to write negatives but really chips…. Staff did their best, whoever was on chip duty, you sucked But the meat here is one of the more consistent locations. Guacamole is always brown even thought I came here pretty early, queso had a solid film on it, clear that it wasn’t from today. So if you order, just stick to burritos and bowls , don’t do anything fancy. If you liked their selection of teas, you have only one option here. At least there’s always the trusty soda fountain"

"I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and for the past few weeks I’ve had the same person making my bowl and every time they make a mistake. Today the same person made my bowl and made a mistake 2 times and just threw the food away. On the 3rd time they still didn’t get it right but I was over it by then. What irritated me today was I asked for a bag of chips and they even charged me but didn’t even put it in my bag. Only when I got home did I find out it was missing. Very unorganized location. Very short staff and not trained very well at all."
