"above and beyond! In a time where customer service is a rare thing to find, JR and his team went above and beyond. I took my rig to them to diagnose an issue with my tires and ask about some custom work and he took his time to address my issue and answer all my questions. Even took the time to call a recent customer who had had similar custom work so I could ask him how he liked his setup. Talk about transparency and looking after the customer first! Hands down, KVL will be where I'll be taking my vehicle for tires and future custom works. It also helps that KVL has multiple locations in my area."
"I stoped @KVLTIERS because of the review posted by Gabriela. I can say this, they did not disappoint the team at this location is amazing. I got a flat on my sweeper down the street from them in Commerce. Long story short I fixed one tire that day but was so impressed by the level of service I returned two weeks later and did all my tires with them. Don’t change what you guys are doing! Oh I almost forgot they have a few locations in SoCal but I think I found my favorite in Commerce."
"I had the greatest experience at KVL in Commerce Ca, I got a flat tire and the closes tire place I could find was KVL. I did not realize they fixed tires only for commercial /big rigs. These three guys Junior, Josh and Juan went beyond their role to help me and my daughter out. Their worry to help us out was amazing. I live in Bakersfield and needed to get back home and if it wasn’t for them I don’t know what I would have done. They went out of their way to take me to a tire shop and get me the tire I needed and put the tire on quick. In this world we live in it’s amazing to still find people like them. Humble and professional. I will recommend this place to my family and friends who are truck drivers . Service like this is hard to find.
