"Very friendly people at the front desk. X-ray tech, Manny, very friendly, puts you at ease, explains what is being done and just puts you at ease. The dentist, Dr. Purdue, is friendly, polite, explains what is going on as she was doing the exam. Asks questions and explains things so you can understand what treatments you need. The whole experience was easy and comfortable. I’m very glad I decided to go to this office, in Ukiah, CA"

Not to mention they were very gracious when this one and only time I accidently missed my appointment! .I appreciate they found another appointment same day. With as busy as they are that was a miracle! I highly recommend Park Falls Dental!"

"The receptionists were very nice. They focused on one person until checkin complete/checkout complete. The dental team was very gentle, explained the different procedures. Answered my questions to the best of their ability. The dentist was super efficient and didn't waste time in identifying the problems and was very thorough in how to reach the expected end outcome. I felt comfortable, even though the equipment has been much upgraded since my last visits to a dentist."

"I have been to Park Falls Dental a couple of times and both those times were great. Staff were attentive and welcoming. I had another dentist I was seeing but once he retired I planned on returning to Park Falls Dental. However their customer service is just not what it used to be. I had two separate appointments. One for an annual dental exam and the other for a teeth cleaning the month after the exam. Now the office just called me to cancel my exam which was in a couple weeks (which I had scheduled for over 3 months now) and don't have availability until two months from now! And my cleaning was scheduled prior to the new appointment, so now I am going to have to wait months again until I can get my teeth cleaned. Their process of appointment scheduling is getting ridiculous so I will be looking for a new dentist office that is more reliable."
