"I've been seeing Armando for about twenty years. I keep going back for his haircuts because when I leave I always feel beautiful. I tell him this every month when I get my haircut. It's a running gag with us and still we laugh every month. I'll be repeating this again in a few days. I think he gives great haircuts, as my repeat buisness attests. "Fraudulent and potentially blind barber. Two days ago I requested a quote for a haircut and was told $20. Armando charged me $32 after the cut today. Also I've never seen my back hairline more crooked, he had not shown it with a mirror when I paid. The photo was taken by another barber I went to fix Armando's blind haircut. Updated 2/5/2019: I walked in and asked how much was a haircut to which he responded $25."
