"Got a fade here a while ago. It was mostly a good fade and decent conversation, but he took way too much off the back. When I asked to take the fade up a notch to fix the overall look, because he really did not read the shape of my head well, the guy refused saying he followed the reference pictures I showed him. He kept saying that as if I should’ve been like “oh ok then.” He also said he squeezed me in last minute and there was a regular customer waiting in line. I could’ve gone to 10 other barbershops, I didn’t ask him to squeeze me in. Even if he did follow the reference photos, which he didn’t, is it really acceptable to let your customers walk out with a haircut they consider bad? An extra 10 minutes would’ve made me also a regular."
"Professional , Friendly , Clean and hospitable barbershop. I have been patronizing this barbershop for a decade. Please pay a visit to Sherman for your next haircut or fade. The man is persistent , professional and reliable. Sherman has an eye for perfection and it really shows in the final product of his work/cuts. He takes his craft very serious. Generally by appointment only. He will have you feeling like a million bucks by the time you leave that barber chair"
