"The lady that cut my child hair her name was MARIA!!!! To sum up everything because it is a long story i took my child to get a haircut and asked for a specific style. she looked at him and said yes. when she told me she was finished the cut was not what I had asked for after confronting her about the haircut. She got very rude and defensive and started to use EXCESSIVE FORCE ON MY CHILD HEAD WITH THE CLIPPERS hurting my child also, claiming that they don’t do that type of hairstyle even though I asked beforehand.SHE started to demand payment and using foul language in front of my children.This experience left my children very traumatized!!!"

"I took my teenage daughter to get a haircut and her highlights touched up and the stylist Maria totally ruined her hair! My daughter’s hair ended up totally damaged and brittle and not even the right color we asked for. And the haircut looks nothing like what we showed the stylist in our “inspirational” photo. My daughter cried for 2 days. I’m so upset!"
