"Came here and had an appointment. I called in advanced to make sure they could accommodate me on my lunch break. I even left work earlier so I had time. The lady on the phone assured me an hour was enough time. I had a gift certificate as well. I come in they seat me right away. The lady was working on my nails when a man told me to go sit in the chair for my pedi. He also said someone will follow me there to finish my nails. I sat there for 15 minutes before anyone attended to me and the lady who was doing my nails started on someone else. It took over an hour for my pedi to be done. I reminded the lady doing my pedicure that I was on my lunch break and that someone needed to come and finish my nails. They start talking but no one ever acknowledges me. There were technicians sitting there on their phones or eating their lunches and it wasn’t even that busy. No one cared enough to finish the job. I ended up giving my gift card to them telling them I don’t even want change and left. Worst service an experience of my life. If I can give zero stars I would. I will never come back here again. The lady who did my nails broke my nail And they still had the nerve to charge me five dollars for them starting my nails and never even finishing. Worst business and I will tell everybody I know never to come here."

"Went here for a manipedi girls date with my 2 friends. We had an appointment right when they open so wait time wasn't too bad, though 30mins later people were waiting in line (just to show what a great job this place is doing). Pedicure was great, I got gel pedicure. Very comfy massage chair. I also got acrylic nails which was done speedily with an amazing job!! Did not expect it to be so fast since my last time with my friend (nail artist apprentice) took 4 hours. I was pleasantly surprised and this will definitely be my favorite place to stop by for manipedi!!"

"TERRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE. Apparently, the name of the owner is supposedly JASMINE but she was so rude to me. I had came back to the salon because that same day that I got them done 2 of nails broke within 2 hours of getting them done. I came back to get them fixed and the lad literally worked over the nails that were already bad instead of redoing them like they promised me. Instead they did whatever they wanted and did not appreciate me coming back here and still made me wait 2 hours! The owner didn’t even do the nails right in the first place she left a great gap like if they had grown. Stated that that’s how they do nails. How ridiculous. And still after they messed up on my nails they made me pay $20 to get them fixed and for a change of color that was basically similar to the previous one. The owner JASMINE told me to not come back again if I didn’t like which I will not be doing due to their hurtful comments and unprofessional manner. Please don’t come here it’s a waste of money and time !"
