"I purchased a pair of shoes for someone for Christmas. I bought the size they had been wearing their entire adult life. The shoes were too small. When I requested to exchange them for a larger size, I was told they were a final sale and weren't exchangeable or returnable. I would never have bought a final sale item online. Save your self money and don't purchase from this company."

"Ordered clothes from sears and they got the item from this company as a plus size lady I clearly ordered plus size 34 but they sent me size 17 then ittookthem30 days to reply anx now a refund is to late and then they told me that I ordered size 17 when on the sitei ordered from it said 34 I am not stupid I know the difference, learned my numbers pre k... Smh I'll never order from them again."

"Do NOT purchase shoes from this company. It is a complete rip off. To sell shoes knowing that they are not true to size but make them final sale with no return or exchange is ridiculous. Package also included a nice little note in the box that said shoes run one size small. HELLO! where was this information in the product details? Ya know before I spent my hard earned and now wasted money. Now I have 3 pair of shoes that I can do nothing with but try to resale for a fourth of what I just paid for them."

"They have the worst customer service hands down! It seems as if they are a one man show working out of their basement.. The worst experience ever when it comes to customer service and retail. I will never shop here again. And would advise anyone else to stay clear of this horrible retailer/website. And please be aware they are also affiliated through Sears website as a third party!. The shoes are cheap and bad quality. And the one person who answers the phone Lisa is the worst when it comes to speaking with customers and customer service! Very condescending and a terrible disposition. And I have a co-worker who have experienced the same issue with their company. Items are not of good quality and they don't last. Very cheesy and cheap material. Also, how many companies charge you to ship back an item especially if it is the wrong size and you're only asking for a different size/exchange!?!? They refused to offer me a return label. They wanted to charge me for a return label on top of already being charged to have them shipped to me! Absolutely ridiculous! Only low quality/budget companies would do such a thing. I should have known better. You post for what you get. They have officially lost 2 very good customers and hopefully this stops a few more in the future!"
