"I went to the Byrd's Nest and saw Nichole for my haircut. From the moment I stepped in the vibe was awkward. First they were playing suicide rock on a Friday afternoon, which was not the atmosphere I was going for while getting my haircut. When I was greeted I was asked to book correctly next time, since I did not specify "scissor cut.". It was not told to me in a friendly way. I sat down for the cut and shared what I wanted, and we proceeded. During the cut I moved a few times, which annoyed Nichole. She did not hide it and proceeded to make sarcastic low ball comments. All of this while Debbie downer rock is playing behind me. I was polite the whole way through and was not in the mood to let this bring my day down. I simply will not go back, and would not recommend others to. The quality of the haircut was good, but not outstanding enough to tolerate this juvenile atmosphere. People have bad days, but this stylist made sure we all felt it with her. If I owned a business that deals with the public I would hold someone like this accountable I think the whole thing was absurd. No thank you!"
