"Ladonna is amazing! I’ve been her faithful customer for a year or two now and she has demonstrated nothing but excellent service. The new set up for the chairs however was an issue. Ergonomically it made her task so much more daunting and was not conducive for proper work flow. I am a tall gentleman so it was uncomfortable for me in tandem. I just don’t understand why we couldn’t move the seat back half a foot. Please fix this. Thank you."
