"We’ll start with, the sign that displays your hours of operation are on the window and say y’all open at 8:00am. I’m calling the right number because it’s painted on the front. I pull up with my flat tire, thinking I’m about to experience the 5 star review you received 5 years ago, yet you’re not answering your phone at 10am with no customers *and* the very able man behind the locked gate says y’all open at 11am…. He listening to music standing outside a car chillin….but your sign and Google say you open at 8. Fix it please."
