"i just want to say that monika is an angel. i went in for an emergency haircut because i decided to try to cut my own curtain bangs and it turned out DISASTROUS. i got an appointment with monika the next day and she was so sweet about it, and really took her time fixing the mess i made of my hair. its been about a week and i love my hair. she wasn’t sure if i would like it- because i really messed it up- and she said she did what she could and that i could come back in for her to fix it again in a few days (free of charge) if i wasn’t happy with it. i didn’t think it could be saved but she did an amazing job fixing it and my hair looks great. thank you monika :)"
