"I needed a front end alignment and decided to see how well Sunland Tire provided the service. It is an older building but still serviceable. So if you like new . . . not here. It really did not seem to the that efficient of any operation. There was a older gentleman (and I am in my 60s) manning the desk with what appeared to a younger guy in his mid 30s. I called to confirm my appointment before I drove to the repair shop and the guy answering the phone was completed stunned to have anyone confirm their appointment? My appointment was at 0900 hours and the technician started about 0925 but he finish in about 20 minutes. The equipment was kind of new . . . but I did received a printout of the before and after specifications of my truck's alignment. I did check the location on Google maps before I purchase the coupon. I offer him a tip (because I worked flat rate 40 years ago) but the technician refused. Okay, with me . . .. I took tips in my day, but maybe times have changed?"

"Got a bolt in my tire..on my way to another tire company I pass SUNLAND TIRE in Upland and decided to stop there. Paul fixed my tire right then and there...He didn't charge me at all. I cannot believe he did this for free!!! Paul was super nice and Sunalnd tire is my new place to go. Excellent service."

"These guys are amazing! I needed an emergency tire repair as I got a nail in my tire on my way to a conference and they quickly answered the phone when I called (bright and early), they were able to give me an estimate of the cost and time it’ll take to repair, and got to work as soon as I arrived! Thank you so much Paul & Nathaniel! I will be back for an oil change!"

"Went in for an issue and was told it would be around $200, without any other notice did unwanted work and was charged $600. John was rude and Paul made negative comments through the whole process of resolving my issue and remained unprofessional making it seem like it was my fault for their lack of communication. The staff here are ridiculous and save your money and go to another auto shop they’re scammers."

"Incredible experience! I arrived to Sunland Tire Co 20 minutes prior to opening and was pleasantly greeted by an employee who right away inquired as to what was wrong with my car. After showing him a nail in the tire, he opened his garage early for me and had the tire fixed in no time. Great custom service, it was a honor to be your customer! I will be back for any/all auto repairs on all my vehicles from now on, love these guys!!"
