"Nails were done Saturday December 23 on Monday the 25th first nail popped off, today is Wednesday the 27th second nail popped off. For 75 dollars for a full set my nails should last at least two weeks. This makes absolutely no since the set was crooked and some more. Never will I patronize these people again and I tipped after I was charged an additional 20 dollars for gel polish on a kids mani pedi. Ridiculous."

"This place is absolutely filthy, nasty, and dirty. Don’t follow proper hygiene and cleanliness protocols at all! The lady tried to use used utensils on my feet that she used on the previous client and probably multiple people before that. When I politely asked if she could use a new and clean pack she looked at me as if I were crazy and after that she was extremely rough and cut me multiple times and I even bled. She rushed, and was very rude to other customers. Do not go there, they’re probably already athletes foot and fungus like crazy. Then had the nerve to tell me about how other shops don’t clean their bowls. I asked “how can you say that when you were about to use used utensils on me”. They don’t follow any cleanliness protocols, they’re supposed to use new sterile tools for each client. She even used the same towel that she used to wipe my feet and legs to clean the bowl. Rude, nasty, and rushy."

"They messed up my cuticles constantly trying to please 1 unsatisfied customer that complained for an hr. Filed the cuticles so much not paying attention that now my nails burn when I wash them, got nail polish everywhere and I had to peel acrylic off my hands this morning. But after listening to the customer bicker for a hour I just wanted to get out of there. I just got them done yesterday and they look like they've been done for weeks. The color is the only thing I like! I may get them taken off tomorrow I give birth in 2wks and surly hope they heal."
