"I’ve been a client for 14 years Not anymore …. I went in last week and got a gel manicure and a pedicure spent $85 Within two Days, both of my thumbnails broke below On the side of the nail. When I went back in to have them fix the issue, they wanted to charge me five dollars a nail. With the cost of everything these days and being a regular client for all these years, they did not accommodate me. So bye-bye Sun Nails I’m looking for a new nail place you lost a client"
"Came in for a gel removal + no polish mani and regular pedicure. Both were horrible. My nails are more busted now (have some leftover gel still on + check that shaping job) than they were when I walked in with grown out gel manicure and I got a rash from the roughness of the supposed to be 5 minutes massage but only lasted 2 minutes at best. I feel bad for everyone who had to hear me keep saying ouch as she ROUGHLY removed my gel manicure. Never going here again."
