"Went in to have a tire fixed and asked the guy for prices, he said he'd have to check it first to see what was needed with some attitude in his tone of voice. He took the tire off the car and went into his shop without saying anything else. Another client showed up and he started to do business with him as well, between fixing my tire and taking care of the other guy it took him about more than 1/2 hour to fix my tire. I also asked him to check the air on another tire but he only pretended that he did because when I got home 5 mins. later it was still low. He charged me $10 for a patch that he put, which is about what other places charge in the area, but he never told me what he was going to do or gave me any OPTIONS before he started working on the tire. That's why he needed to check the tire first in the first place."
