Dr. Well (the orthodontist) is very professional. He does a great job of letting you know what he's doing and why he's doing it so you can get an idea of how your teeth are improving and what issues he's addressing. My teeth used to be completely messed up, but after years of braces I finally have a perfect smile all thanks to Culver Westside!"

"I was planning to get my braces from this place because of the price they gave me was pretty reasonable, however, the receptionist and dentist kept on moving my schedule just days before my appointment. I call back wondering if I can reschedule or change my time but there's no answering the phone. I called and called and still, no answer. I don't think no one works there in the front desk to speak or ask questions. Don't waste your time going to Culver Westside, it's cheap but they cause a lot of miscommunication, and rude; completely and utterly rude. That is unacceptable especially if they want to take your money, ha! No thank you! I wasted my time and I will take my money and go somewhere else probably like Florman Orthodontics. It will be a bit more expensive, but at least I will get better service and the orthodontist will be much more flexible with me and my schedule."
