"I’m done with red wings, I bought a pair of work boots, the boots leaked. The boots were no longer in stock so I had to pay extra money to get a more expensive pair. That pair leaked too! But in doing so I had used my warranty up already so now I’m stuck with a $280 pair or boots that leak. I’ve never heard of using a warranty up, if boots leak then they leak. They also refused to give a refund. I believe they have resorted to these practices because their manufacturing facilities have lost control of quality and they have too many leaking shoes."

"I purchased a pair of work boots in February and absolutely loved them! However after about 6 months of weekly work in water, beer, and chems the leather hardened and tore horribly on the right boot. I took the boots back to the store a little disappointed that they did not last long but quickly Marlene came in and saved the day! she got me in another pair through warranty and we talked about the work environment they're put through and some extra cleaning/conditioning steps that can go into making sure the leather on these pair last (found I may need to condition and oil a little more often). The whole team seemed there to help, knowledgeable, and were super friendly. Really appreciate her and the team in Fairfield for helping keep my feet dry and comfy! (Also sorry for the DE covered boots! I didn't want to spray them off with the tear and get water in them!)"
