"Got ripped by Linda! Booked half weave, half braid for $200. Paid $25 deposit. Not only did I NOT recieve what I paid for, I was charged $225 and only recieved a partial weave which is $150. Linda refused to refund part of my money. She said the prices on the booking site are wrong and she charges $200 for a weave. She put 3 WHOLE bundles in the middle back of my head! Be careful of her. They're destroying Flo's business! And when I called requesting a partial refund, the first thing she said was, "I didn't cheat you"! Thank you, Pastor K.M. Grace ."

"I got singles with the curls. The braids aren’t bad but the curls smh I had to cut out. Tangled matted together just the wrong decision. However my appt was at 2:30 my hair wasn’t started until 3:45 the person I booked with didn’t braid my hair.I feel like the customer should have some money taken off if you show up on time but don’t get started until hr 45 min later. I was told they had hair just to get the curl hair. Ok but when I paid I showed it was clear then she asked the girl how many packs. 2 then she says that will be $14 like really I’ve already paid $260 n my appointment was over hr half late. That hair should have been waived out of good gesture . But nope"
