"I don’t like their service, when I got home my nail polish was already fading."

"Every time I go I regret it. This last time I went only because I was gifted a gift certificate from there. I kept trying to tell the how I like my nails. I didn't want them to be really thick. So I told her as she caked on the acrylic powder. Her response was "I've been doing this for 40 yrs I know what I'm doing." Well I've been getting mine done for 25 years and I know what I like. The tips didn't cover the whole nail, they were uneven and not leveled, not filed properly. And super thick!! The polish didn't cover the nails even when I told her she missed a spot she ignored me."

"Employees lack the knowledge of how to do nails in 2022, outdated by at least 10 years in nail trends & fundamentals & will overcharge if you allow them. Charged me $5 for one coat of paint, told me adding another coat would not look different & wanted to charge me $10 for a different color. I am a nail artist myself & I will never go here again due to how outdated they are & they will use your lack of knowledge to charge you Unnecessarily. DO NOT go here if you value your money & time. Find a home nail tech or a place with more than 2 stars!"

"I have been here a few times now. And twice I’ve had a nail break. I literally just got them done yesterday and I was opening my car door and my nail broke. I brought my husband here for the first time for a pedicure. He went to pay and I told him to ask for military discount. The three times I’ve been here I got a military discount. Not much. But come on, who wouldn’t ask. My husband was denied that. But I never was. We will never come back. My pedicure was the worst. They are nice people. But I’m lost about why I got a military discount but my active duty husband who’s deployed to Iraq multiple times and is black didn’t get it. Fix yourself America.i won’t be back and I as a military spouse/veteran who lives on base have recommended People to the salons I like. This isn’t one. Edit! Not even a full two weeks. Two nails broke. I’m a mother who works and goes to school at home. I literally do not break nails I went to take them off and they literally Just easily popped off. Usually it takes a lot of soaking with acetone and foil. . Don’t waste your money here. I’d rather spend $5-10 more elsewhere! Horrible. They look so bad. I’ve lived in most states in the US and I’ve been overseas. This is the worst nail salon ever. Never again. And my active duty husband loves manicures and pedicures. They treated him like a common criminal. He’s an amazing soul who’s risked his life. For people like this? You guys missed out. We have family here. People Today really don’t care about their business."

"The service is horrible!!! I will not return. The outcome of their service is bad and painful. My fingers hurt still after getting a fill-in. They don't last and they don't take pride in their work. The prices are ridiculously outrageous for the work performed. I got my nails done yesterday and they look horrible today. Shop needs to be closed down."
