"I started working with Jenny and loved it. But the last time, I went she had over booked and had her assistant do my highlights, which ended up over processed and damaged. Jenny finished the rest of the appointment but seemed rushed the whole time and didn’t even tone the highlights at the end. :( it could have been an off day but I wasn’t willing to go back and find out."

I was also nervous about going short and chopping off a lot and she was incredibly kind, understanding and patient and took off a little length at a time to make sure I was comfortable. "I loved my haircuts from Lily Ng. I’ve since moved away from the area and it’s hard to find someone to cut my hair as well as she did. She is an expert. She always knew how to take my description of what I was looking for and turn it into a great haircut, and she really looks at your hair type and customizes the cut accordingly. Highly recommend this salon and Lily’s cuts."

"I have been seeing Jenny for over a year now and she has turned my hair around! When I first started seeing her I had a lot of issues but now as I just went in last week she told me my hair is very healthy. I guess part of that is what I do but I don't cut it and I don't color it, only that can be done as well as it has been by her. Often you get a stylist who's only good at one or the other and she's good at both! I hate to recommend her because then it might be harder for me to get in but you won't find better, I promise! She has other hairdressers there that have helped her work on me when it was busy and they are very good as well too. Lily is as sweet as can be and she's also very good!"
