"Would not recommend this company to any Spanish speaking individuals, or anyone looking for a professional. Tom Kan was the employee my mother (spanish speaking) was dealing with last week. He was "too busy" to take her payment. If the phone was not on speaker I would not have heard his upmost disrespect and belittling to my mother. Once I got on the phone with him, his attitude increased. I have never experienced this lack of professionalism and inferior treatment through an insurance company. My mother has complained about the service before but I had never heard it in person like I did this morning. I hope this company acknowledges they can not treat people of foreign languages poorly, simply because they can not speak for themselves to the public."
